Jarrod Bowen Was presented with the team's clearest opportunity in the opening period, his effort smartly stopped from the Albanian keeper. With Quansah hanging back, it fell to him to provide width down the right side but his crosses from the touchline varied in quality. Taken off late in the match. 6/10

Harry Kane The match-winner scoring seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth finishes in an England shirt. The opener a typical opportunist's goal while the second an excellent header after peeling away off his defender. Now 32, he continues to improve with the national team stand a real opportunity next summer when he's in the team. 8
